STANDING ORDER FORM
If you have not donated by standing order in the past, please consider doing this as it is the easiest and most effective way of regularly supporting the work of the church.
If you have not already completed a Gift Aid form and are a tax payer, please consider doing this as we can claim an additional 25% from the government on your donation just by you completing the form.

Important information regarding Standing Orders
The new bank account has now been opened for St Andrews New Kirk and the details are:
Royal Bank of Scotland

Account number: 00276564
The former St Mark’s bank account with the Bank of Scotland switched over to the RBS account on 23 March 2026. All standing orders will automatically be paid into the new account so your current donations to the church will get to the right place if you have a standing order in place. The same process will happen for the former Cameron St Leonard’s bank account with Virgin Money although the date of switching has not yet been finalised.
You should receive notification from the bank that your money has been redirected to this new account.
However, we do need you to change your standing order to the new bank account at your earliest convenience. If you do on line banking you will be able to do this yourself by setting up a regular payment to the RBS account using your full name as the reference so we can pick up your donation for gift aid if appropriate. If you do not wish to set it up yourself, standing order forms will be available in all three churches which can be completed and posted or handed into your bank.
It is essential that you cancel your standing order to the old bank account at the same time as you set up the new standing order or you will be donating twice. Unfortunately this is something we cannot assist you with.
At this time, you may want to consider increasing your donation, as all our costs continue to rise in order to keep the churches running, however it is appreciated that for some the cost of living is already a challenge.
