WELCOME

Welcome to St Andrews New Kirk Church of Scotland. We are an active parish embracing three buildings and serving a large part of the town of St Andrews and North East Fife. The town of St Andrews is renowned worldwide for its beautiful beaches, university and golf.

We are a dynamic congregation with a broad range of worship opportunities including the celebration of communion six times per year. Our choir regularly enhance our worship with anthems, led by our choirmaster who is also our gifted organist.

WORSHIP

Our regular Sunday services are held on alternate Sundays at 10.30am at the St Mark’s building and the St Leonard’s building. Services take place on the 1st and 3rd Sunday at 9.30am at Cameron Kirk. Whether you are a regular attendee or are visiting for the first time, you’ll find a friendly and welcoming space.

Join our Team Ministry

We are looking for a full-time Minister of Word and Sacrament to join our Team Ministry. We are excited to be part of the central ministry and mission in this historic part of our Church’s roots. Christianity is vibrant in North-East Fife and St Andrews New Kirk Church of Scotland is seeking to appoint a full-time Minister of Word and Sacrament on a seven-year reviewable charge. The Nominating Committee will be responsible for the appointment of this person.

Women’s World Day of Prayer

This year this service took place in St Andrew’s New Kirk in the St Leonard’s building. The service was written by Christian women of Nigeria and Justina, a post graduate student, shared her testimony.

Christian Aid

Since 1957, Christian Aid Week has inspired churches like ours to give, act and pray each May in support of global neighbours who are living in poverty. This powerful act of witness has funded countless projects that have supported communities across the world to transform their own lives and futures. This May, it runs from 10-16 May. Our coffee morning will take place around August / September .
